Tristan Thompson is asking a judge to give him a default judgement in his case with a woman he slept with and allegedly got pregnant by him and gave birth to a baby boy!

Kim Cakery sued Tristan seeking child support and even wanted to prove he is the father and offered DNA test to be done!

The Star took the first DNA test to ascertain that the baby boy was his but it got mangled in the process and then quietly he undertook a second test which results were negative!

The legal documents state the paternity test ‘definitively concluded that [he] is not the father.’

Tristan who continues to refuse he is the father and as previously reported even denied knowing the woman on a personal level and claimed to have been set up wants the case dead!

The woman has been airing her grievances on social matter and, according to legal documents, she characterized the test Thompson took as an ‘at-home paternity test’ on social media.

Thompson fired back at her description in the documents, insisting the test he took was in fact administered by one of the most reputable labs in the country.

Back in May the star sued the woman who has since done nothing to respond to the liable case and this is the reason why Tristan is seeking the default judgment!

Default judgment is a binding judgment in favor of either party based on some failure to take action by the other party.

Most often, it is a judgment in favor of a plaintiff when the defendant has not responded to a summons or has failed to appear before a court of law. The failure to take action is the default.

In the case Tristan filed against Kim, he described her as a ‘wannabe social media influencer and pornographic model/performer who is so desperate to achieve her fifteen minutes of fame that she recently fabricated a false claim that NBA star/Cleveland Cavaliers center/power forward Thompson is the father of her nearly five-year-old son,’ according to documents seen by MM.

This is a developing story…
